Green Horizon customers have to be 19 or older, as per Canada law.
Yes an account is required to place an order. Create an account at checkout in order to complete your order with payment instructions and to have access to track your orders.

Payments are accepted within 1-4 hours. Sometimes e-transfers can take some time to go through. If you feel there is a problem with your order or payment please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately we are only able to accept Interac E-Transfer at this time. We are working hard to bring you more payment options.
Yes we accept credit card for verified customers with purchase history.
Shipping timelines are dependent on the shipping methods chosen at checkout. Green Horizon ships products via UPS or Canada Post.
Shipping is Free for all orders over $125.00, below that amount shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order. Green Horizon ships through Canada Post or UPS.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of Canada at this time.
Shipping times vary based on the shipping option you choose at checkout. We offer both Canada Post and UPS to ensure your packages arrive as quickly as you need them.
After your package is shipped you will receive and e-mail with tracking information. If you create an account on our website you can log in to track current and past orders
We strive to ship all orders the same day they are placed. Unless otherwise stated your order will ship within 1 business day.
When an order is placed it is put on hold until we receive the payment for that order. Once the payment is received your order will automatically marked as processing. Once in processing our warehouse team will pack and ship your order right away.
Green Horizon strives to ensure customer satisfaction, as such, if anything is wrong with an order when it arrives, customers are encouraged to reach out to the customer service team so that we can remedy the situation as soon as possible.
